As of this writing, two-thirds of Americans are overweight. Half of those people are considered obese, which means that those people are more than a little bit pudgy. Jamie Oliver, of Food Network fame, has been fighting obesity and nutrition battles for years in the UK. Recenlty he tackled the problem in the US by travelling to Huntington, West Virginia in an effort to enact real change in the lives of the people in that community.

Jamie has been fighting the battle against obesity for a long time, and was recently awarded the very prestigious 2010 TED Prize, an award that gives him a chance to share his message with the world. This video shares some of his message and some of the results of his work.
